Book it on its own, or add it to a lawn visit. Either way it's the same gear and the same person.
Eric turns up with the commercial water blaster, a rotary surface cleaner for concrete, a soft-wash sprayer for cladding and a pure water pole for windows. When the driveway goes green over winter or the house needs a wash before summer or a sale, send a couple of photos and he'll quote it. If your lawn is already on his round, just mention it on the next visit.

Eric started All Incredible in 2021 doing lawns and gardens around Motueka and Nelson, and still does the work himself.
Over five years the customers asked for more, so the business grew into garden clean-ups, green waste, bark and planting, and then commercial exterior cleaning. The name changed a few times along the way. The person turning up did not.

Do you do regular lawn mowing?
Yes. Most of our lawn customers are on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly round, and we can fit a one-off cut in if the lawn has got away on you. We mow standard sections and bigger lifestyle and rural properties, with a ride-on for the large ones.
What areas do you cover?
We are based near Motueka and look after properties across Motueka, Riwaka, Kaiteriteri, Māpua, Upper Moutere, Brightwater, Wakefield, Richmond, Stoke and Nelson. If you are close to one of those, get in touch and we will let you know.
Can you water blast my driveway or wash the house while you are there?
Yes. That is the point of one company doing both. We have commercial water blasting gear, a soft-wash system for house exteriors and a pure water pole for windows, so a lawn customer can add a driveway clean or a house wash without ringing around.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes. Clippings, prunings, hedge trimmings and whole section clean-ups leave with us. One long-standing customer has had more than 20 cubic metres of vegetation taken off her property over her fortnightly visits.
Are you insured?
Yes. All Incredible Property Services Ltd carries public and products liability insurance.
How do I pay?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer. Payment is due when the job is done, and regular customers are invoiced.
What are your hours?
We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and after hours on request. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and we will get back to you.
How do I get a quote?
